Our very own Pecore Negroni featured on the ‘Best Cocktails for 2015′ on Mans World!

Vikram Achanta, owners of India’s pioneering and most authoritative website Tulleho.com,  recently visited the Black Sheep Bistro and loved our ‘Pecore Negroni’ .

He was kind enough to mention it again on Man’s World’s ‘The Best Cocktails for 2015′.

Here’s the recipe:

Pecore Negroni

Ingredients
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth (Martini Rosso)
1 oz “Cazulo” — a copper pot double-distilled Goan coconut feni, which is used instead of gin
3-4 drops of cashew feni infused with orange

Method
Stirred on ice in a rock glass, with a flamed orange peel

Its summer time and Goa is bringing down the heat. But Goa Streets has done us all a favor with this cool, curated list of places to visit and things to do in the summer in Goa.

Our chilled sangria’s and refreshing cocktails made the list!

An excerpt from the article says ‘ The Black Sheep Bistro’ is a perennial favourite. Here are a few pointers to be remembered:

  1. Arrive Early, so you will know who to approach first.
  2. Always wear comfortable shoes.
  3. Wear dark clothing to avoid/hide wine spills.
  4. Eat before the wine tasting.  Flavors of food can affect the taste of wine. Avoid cheeses, sausages and heavy food.
  5. Pay attention to detail.
  6. Interact and network. Get to know the story of each wine by meeting wine makers, tasters, sommeliers etc.
  7. And lastly, do not forget to have a designated driver at the festival. Drink responsibly!
