Potential candidate should have a minimum of 2 years working in high quality multi-cuisine kitchen.
Should be able to work in cold, hot section and butchery. Should be able to make fillets and deboning of meat with ease
Should possess working knowledge of Italian, French and Indian Chinese Cuisine
Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
